个人读书心得总结分享（与本文无关）：
首先来我对自己的沟通能力见解，当第一章读完时，我觉得也能多聊一些，这讲一点那讲一点，但是不说的话，也是没人带节奏，也就是想吃的有意义一点，这是我昨晚思考与自己部门沟通的问题，确实也应该重新想一些话题，不足的是对领导的话，交代做事情，我心里比较紧张的，也怕做不好，比如说老板上次叫贴下优秀员工公示牌，说的也详细，哪个对哪个，但是后面叫人一起来操作，感觉表达的很乱，没有一个清单，这就是我个人不经过思考，没有整理一个能够表达清楚的操作思路，稍带一点缺乏指挥操作自信感觉。
